La Romance Writers of America (RWA) es una asociación de escritores y escritoras de romántica de EEUU. Esta asociación, entre otras muchas cosas, concede unos premios anualmente.

Existen dos categorías principales de premios:
Los RITA, premios que se otorgan a novelas románticas publicadas.
Los Golden Heart, premios que se otorgan a manuscritos románticos no publicados.
Además hay otros premios por la carrera, por la ayuda prestada a RWA, a librerías, ...
